Good to know
- You are kindly invited to book our chalet for a long weekend. In this case 50€ will be charged for the final cleaning (min. 3 nights)
- We love to host children! Therefore you will find the necessary equipment like cot, highchair, baby monitor, changing pads and a baby bath at your free disposal.
Your children will be well occupied exploring the safe children playground outside. - On arrival day the chalet will be available after 3 pm. In case it should be available earlier you will get informed.
When the journey does not go according to plan and you will arrive after 6 pm. please let us know. On departure day we kindly ask to check out by 10 am. The next guest will be grateful. - Holiday home with dog: Your four paw friend is warmly welcome! We charge 10€ per night.
- The final cleaning will be charged only for stays of less than 4 nights.
Book & cancel
A non-refundable deposit of 200,00 € is required to confirm the booking. The deposit is supposed to be a guarantee for you and us alike, as unfortunately quite often reservations are not respected.
The deposit is payable on our bank account which we will communicate upon booking. Please understand that the reservation is valid only after payment has been confirmed.
The rest is payable upon departure. Please note that according to Italian law Italian citizen are not allowed to pay more than 2.999,00 € in cash. The bills can be paid by bancomat though.
In case of cancellation the following provisions shall be applicable:
We only accept written requests of cancellation. In case we will not find another guest for the period booked, the cancellation will be charged as follows:
- 2 weeks or more prior to the day of arrival: 50% of cancellation value,
- 1 week or less prior to the day of arrival: 100% of cancellation value
